First visit to Thailand

So the flying time wasn't so bad. I found the second leg of the trip from Seoul South Korea to be the worst just because I was sooo sooo ready to be done with travelling.

We have looked at tons of homes and have landed on two of them. I will upload pictures later. (i can't find the itouch in the dark while justin is sleeping, sorry)

Selecting a house is so difficult since we don't know the area and what we will really want or not want. Like do we want to be closer to town or have justin closer to work. Do we want a workout facility onsite or can we live without (hell we all know it is a pipe dream that we would use it even if we had it). Do we need a dishwasher or not. Who the heck knows?? I surely don't

So here is our list of pro/con for our final two homes:

Santa Maria
Pros:

• sweet pool which is salt water chlorinated (super nice for me since cholorine kills my sensitive skin)
• the outdoor space and veranda's is great
• pool has gates so little kids can't get into it
• beautiful community pool with a lazy river
• comes with multiple flat screen tvs (nice cause otherwise we have to buy and only use for 2 years since they don't have the same hookups)
• quite community
• house is adobe like and has fabulous built ins
• built in bar
• two refrigerators
• better security
• one other ford family
• 3.5 baths
• fenced yard
• built in office areas (wouldn't need to take desk)
• built in dressers so wouldn't take

Cons:

• Not much grass in the yard for shadow, but the community has plenty outside of our yard for him to play
• 10 minute longer ride to work for justin
• no grocery in the community (10 minutes away)
• no workout facility
• only a 3 bedroom, with only three and no work out facility do we take our workout equipment?
• 1 bedroom can only take a queen, which means we can't bring one of our beds
• construction in a few lots around us
• no dishwasher

Nadicha
Pros:

• Shorter drive for justin
• more ford families in community
• workout facitliy
• pool but chlorine
• very very large house 4 bedroom 6 bath
• onsite grocery store (with pepsi and my favorite german beer)
• dishwasher
• has more grass in yard
• very open layout to the house
• fenced yard

Cons:

• area around the pool is tight, like only 1 foot when walking out the door till you fall in
• on a noisy street
• kitchen cabinets look cheap

What to do, what to do?? In a matter of hours we will be picking.

Any advice in the next few hours is super helpful!!
